Adjuster will be appointed by Tokio Marine within the day or not exceeding 48 hours. After survey, authorized repairs on the spot. 

 

    

Above RM20,000.00

Adjuster prepares & submits report within 5 working days Tokio Marine. Within 2 days, after reviewing adjuster's report, approval letter will be issued to commence repair.

 

After completion of repair, you need to sign satisfactory voucher to complete the procedure
