Dato' Abdul Samad Maharudin, a
shareholder, has been the Chairman of the
Group since 1992. With his business
knowledge and leadership skills he leads
the Group to greater heights. He was
Special Officer to the Menteri Besar of
Selangor (Chief Minister of Selangor), and is
the Chairman of the Selangor Cultural
Council and the Selangor Youth Writer's
Association.

Managing Director, Dato Steven Tee, DSSA, PJK, JP who works together with his
brother, Mr Tee Kim Hock, Johnson, JP.
He believes in initiatives that forge new projects that help create good lifestyle

With his early career nurtured within the business trade of the automotive industry, Acmar Group has become a leading player in this fast growing sector today. Apart from spearheading efforts of business establishment in China in 1996, the acclaimed Bandar Baru Klang township

Mr. Tee Kim Hock, Johnson, JP is Acmar’s Group Executive Director who works
alongside his brother Dato’ Steven Tee. Having initiated many new
international business ventures and partnerships, Mr Tee has created a path
for achievements by building steady corporate deals within multiinternational
business arenas. It is his persistence and unwavering spirit that
helped the Group move forward in the face of challenges in the economic
financial recession of the 80's and 90's. While other businesses suffered the
setback of the financial meltdown, the Group's turnover steadily grew due to
Mr Tee’s business strategies for the property division of the Group.

Mr. Johnny Tee is a visionary, equipped with construction processes aptitude. With over 10 years of experience in the property and construction industry, he is the driving
force behind the executive management team
overseeing the construction of the Group’s properties.
Prudent beyond his years, his approach is channelled towards timely delivery and cost efficiency of all projects.

Encik Mohammad Khairul Bin

En Mohammad Khairul joined Acmar Group in 1992 as one of the Directors. He graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia with a Degree in Social Science (Political Science) and is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Strategic & Security Analysis.
He is actively involved in the automotive division of the Group and also contributes to numerous social, cultural and sports associations throughout the State of Selangor which have earned him the title PJK by DYMM Sultan of Selangor. He is also an avid aviator and obtained his pilot license in the year 1999.

Dato’ Mustapha Abd Hamid,
DSNS, DNS, PPT

Dato’ Mustapha graduated from the Royal Military College in 1972 and went to obtain a Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Social Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang in 1977 and a Diploma in Public Management from the National Institute of Public Administration Malaysia (more commonly known as INTAN) in 1978.
He started his career as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer in the Research Division of the Prime Minister’s Department and was posted as the First Secretary of the Malaysian Embassy in Paris, France from 1982 to 1985.
During his 16 years in the public service sector, he was also the Consul of the Consulate General Malaysia in Medan, Indonesia from 1990 to 1993 and the Principal Assistant Director in the Prime Minister’s Department from 1993 to 1994.
He joined Acmar in 1997 and also holds directorship positions in several other listed and private limited companies.

Datuk Seri Ahmad Hj Kabit,

Datuk Seri Ahmad Bin Hj Kabit was appointed as Group Advisor of Acmar Group since 2012. He is a Bachelor of Arts graduate from the University of Malaya, (1976) and holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California, Laos Angeles, USA, (1986). He has completed The Oxford Advanced Management Programme, Templeton College, University of Oxford, (UK), (2005). Datuk Seri Ahmad Bin Hj Kabit has extensive experience working with various government ministries.
He was an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer with various governmental authorities (at Federal, State and Local Governments) from 1976 to 2012, namely the Ministry of International Trade & Industry, Public Service Department and the Ministry of Information. He also held positions as the Director for Department of Road Transport Selangor, the President Ampang Jaya Municipal Council, the Deputy Secretary General for Ministry of Health and the Secretary General for Ministry of Housing and Local Government.
